Shipping & Delivery policy
Shipping is free on all orders over Rs. 400. For orders below Rs. 400 a flat shipping fee of Rs. 40 is applicable. We utilize the services of a trusted and reliable courier partner to fulfil the order. Your order will take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. Usually we ship out orders within 24 hours of you having placed the order. While we strive hard to deliver on time, occasionally due to the load with the couriers or due to supply chain issues related to natural calamities or COVID-19 there could be a delay. In the event of an order not being received by you please contact us at ecommerce@lilgoodness.com, and we will initiate a comprehensive search of your shipment with the logistics company.
